Part Two of the Artelac saga features an homage to the legendary series (and later film) Baywatch alongside one of the most recognizable scenes in modern American cinema, the rose petal sequence from American Beauty.

For the Baywatch intro, we recreated its signature beach montage, preserving the spirit of the original while enriching it with illustrated elements. Drawing inspiration from the show’s iconic characters and molding them into their illustrated alter-egos was a fun summer challenge, perfectly suited to the rising temperatures.

With American Beauty, we aimed to retain both the sensual and ironic tone, but added a humorous twist. The interplay between illustrated elements and cinematography, combined with the signature rose petals, establishes a creative contrast that aligns with the aesthetics of the other videos in the series.
